Group orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Group orders start from 20 tickets and these tickets need to be paid for within one month after a booking is made. Group orders are handled by Elen Jaaska, sales manager of the theatre; you can contact her by email at elen.jaaska@draamateater.ee<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discounts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 20\u201325% discount for pensioners, students, university students, and teachers (e.g., with an ITIC card or Personal Card)
\u2192 20\u201325% discount for wheelchair users, individuals with a disability card, and their companions
\u2192 20\u201325% discount for Perekaart holders (a magnet card issued to large families with three or more children)
\u2192 50% discount for members of the Estonian Theatre Union, the Actors’ Union, and the Directors’ Union (only at the theater box office)
\u2192 10% discount for MyFitness membership card holders when purchasing up to four tickets (only at the theater box office)
\u2192 One free teacher’s ticket for a school group of 15 students from grades 1\u20136, and for a school group of 21 students from grade 7 and up
\u2192 For students, tickets are available for 15 \u20ac one hour before the performance, subject to availability (only at the theater box office)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discounts are only valid with proof of eligibility. Discounts do not apply to premieres, children’s performances, or special projects. Only one discount can be applied at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Booking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can book tickets for up to 14 days at the theatre box office (pilet@draamateater.ee<\/a> or by phone of the box office at 680 5555). The theatre does not buy tickets back. If a play is cancelled, tickets will either be exchanged for some other tickets or bought back within two weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gift cards<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 Gift cards for the Drama Theatre are available in the amounts of 25 euros, 10 euros, or any chosen amount, and can be purchased at the theater box office or from Piletimaailm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase and can be used as a payment method when purchasing tickets at the theater box office or through Piletimaailm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 If the ticket price exceeds the value of the gift card, the remaining amount can be paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 If the total cost of the selected tickets is lower than the value of the gift card, no change will be given.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2192 The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visitors at the Drama Theatre are served by Ristikhein Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We welcome you to our caf\u00e9s located on the basement floor, the 2nd floor, the parquet hall, and in front of the small hall, open one hour before the performance and during intermission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For visitors with special needs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The building of the Estonian Drama Theatre is accessible by wheelchair. There are two parking spaces for the persons with mobility disability by G. Ots Street. The entrance into the building is via ramp access, the box office is also accessible by wheelchair via ramp access. All the halls are accessible by wheelchair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
