A young man, stifled by relationships that have started to feel like obligations, decides to raze the life he knows. He takes a post as a teacher on a small Greek island. There he befriends a mysterious local whose manipulations escalate into a dangerous game in which truth and illusion blur.
This stage version is inspired by John Fowles’s 1965 novel The Magus.
